Gone down the bin. Cex 5 minutes down the road, may aswell go there instead. One or 2 of the staff are sound.
Paid £65 for a brand new game, after completing the game, one week later. I thought i’d take it in to trade in for another game. They offered £6.53, even though it was still on the shelf at £54:99 absolutely ridiculous! After one week. Stick to buying online don’t go to these guys, they’ll rob you blind!
Game is a store where you can buy games. It's over priced. I do like how they literally named the store after the contents. It would be like calling ASDA "food and junk" or naming Gregg's "pasties" I respect that sort of honesty. Let's be real though, the only reason you are going to go in here is to buy gift cards for the switch store or replace that controller you just broke and literally cant wait for Amazon to send you one cheaper. Yeah.... Also them selling steam wallet top ups is like begging to go out of business, that's that about.l?
Excellent service and they include the game manuals. Hooray. There is also a wide variety of games from Band Hero to Grand Theft Auto V. This is one of the best Game shops I have ever stepped in.
The customer services is shocking, totally shocking service fir returns, they are quick enough to take your money
Walk into Game and I asked about a flight stick for my PC. The guy with the blue hair said yes we have loads upstairs. He went into another room and a few seconds later said we only have one buts is £30. Okay I thought can you tell me what model or manufacturer? He just shrugged his shoulders and said theirs nothing special about it. Needless to say I don't think he couldn't be arsed to go get it for me so I could make a judgment on if it was worth £30. Not exactly Mr sales man of the year. So I guess I can no longer be arsed anymore to go into Game and spend my money theirs always Amazon and CEX.
Fantastic place for games and merchandise. Staff are always very welcoming and great to talk to if you have any issues and overall just super helpful :D

Shell of its former self, said they had a sale on in the window, nothing marked up in the store. Such a shame, used to love this place.
Staff are friendly and energetic every time I go in, if I have a question that needs an answer, they have it. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and keen to be there.
