employee trying to charge me £2 more for an item when im store so i get the 2 quid extra and then he says its 97p more again absolute joke of an establishment had actual decent human beings working behind the till when i was a kid, now its just a guy who goes outside vaping and mr taxman obviously wanting £2.97 more for him passing a controller accessory over a till, some people just dont deserve their jobs
Pretty good store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Had a few issues with the code. Sorted in store. Son was happy that's what counts. Well done.
Be prepared to wait for your food they have a ordering procedure but it does not run in numerical order when the food does arrive it is worth the wait it does get very busy meals are priced very good and the staff are all very friendly

Been in here a few times now. They have a good choice, prices are good with quite a lot of stock reductions. The staff I encountered did not seem to be that knowledgeable, however what they were was very pleasant, courteous and wanting to be helpful.
The customer service was brilliant. They really did more to help me than I had any right to expect.
Staff were very unhelpful and not willing to compromise. Even though I had no lock on my bike, I was told I had to leave it outside. Asked if I could just leave it by the door. I was intending to be in and out. Nope, I need to leave my bike, worth thousands of pounds, outside for someone to steal it. I was planning to buy a new controller but I will take my ££ elsewhere.
