Very friendly and helpful staff member talked me through a variety of options regarding some purchases I was looking into. No hard sell, genuine advice and even recommended a different store that may have stock of an item they couldn't get hold of. Store is smaller than old branch but is bright, clean and reasonably modern with a good stock range for a small(ish) branch.
