Poorly maintained and poorly staffed.nThe Jetty's are falling apart and slippery, with several people having fallen in the canal within the last 12 months.nToilets are not fit for purpose with lights not working and locks not working.nThe showers are poorly maintained and always out of order or won't get hot.nStaff attitude is poor to say the least.nWhen i contacted the Company about one issue in particular, They were not interested and told me they would call me back.nThey never did.
A lovely place. Very tranquil and clean. It is very well maintained and especially nice on late summer afternoons. The canal and canalside is ideal for long leisurely walks or those just after some fresh air!
Very nice marina and water and pump out facilities if your moving up and down canal
It's a lovely place but it's the only marina to sell fuel on this canal. We moored one Friday but fuel pump not working. Rang Glasson dock and we were told that the man who could see to it was away till the Monday. We moored opposite,watching numerous boats come for fuel,pump out and refuse but all to no avail. By the following Friday the pump was still out of action no one seemed bothered so we left. Poor service.
I love the place because my propeller drive shaft failed right next to last set of mooring rings before bridge and on my maiden voyage!
