I didn't want to even give this review 1 star but couldn't write review without adding a star , visited Hereford gala bingo with my sister and my daughter on 17th June 2017 the evening session , my daughter had forgotten her membership card so the girl on reception found my daughter on the computer system confirmed she was a member then proceed to ask for I D which wasn't needed she had already found her with the information my daughter gave but my daughter showed her all of her bank card and cards with her name on , the girl refused to let her in , she said that I D had not been confirm when my daughter was signed up as a member 4 years previously, which I see as a error on their part , my sister asked to see the manager by which time my daughter had left the building , I went after her and asked to come back as it could be sorted she did return but for mine and my sisters sake , the manager DAVE looked at her and said you sound young but you have got wrinkles though at which my daughter who by the way is 22yrs old walked away in tears he them proceed to say that he was trying to be light hearted and said that he would over ride the girl on reception and allow us in , at which due to the fact that we were so angry that he had upset my daughter said we would never go to gala bingo ever again , he then offered us free bingo , food and drinks all evening , we had already got free bingo which my sister had received though the post which is why we went , whilst writing this review I am still so very angry at the way that we were treated and especially the way that he spoke to my daughter and how he made her feel I would definitely not recommend anyone going to hereford gala I will be writing to head office about this too
