On holiday here, and thought try buzz bingo, played on b boards, signed all in after resetting my pin number, part way through the 1st game it signed out, couldn't sign back in, and the game played on, I then signed back in, but that game had finished, settled for new game and it signed me out again, and froze, I asked for help and was told to go to book sales for help, so that was another game I missed, they changed my board over and after that it was OK, but I had still not played 2 games and they could have been a winner, had food which was lovely with a nice glass of cold coke, the night then went ahead without any more hiccups, alas did not win, on whole easy parking, staff not that friendly they do not speak to anybody and to be honest the uniforms looked old and tatty, in need of new ones, there were lots of staff on but non on the floor which was quite weird cause I don't know where they all disappeared too, but for a one off it was a nice night out.
Very confusing to new members. They just want to rush you through the process just to get you money. The bar staff were appalling. Very badly presented and extremely poor personal hygiene levels. The floor staff were polite but not really much assistance.
Wonderful staff, very friendly and cant do enough to help. I visited for the first time and felt very welcomed as I enjoyed my first games. As a perk of signing up we were given discounted games and discounted food. I ended up paying £5 for several games and another £5 for a burger meal. Very good games, although unfortunately no wins this time. I would highly recommend a visit to pass some time for not a lot of money, even of you are slightly on the younger side such as myself Aged 22
Saturday 20th January 2024. I Came to Afternoon Bingo today with a Friend & unfortunately I Feel Like the Manager doesn't Engage in the Customer's He's up his Own Arse - Sorry to Say also I Felt that Members of the Staff talk/Speak about Customer's & I Went onto Number 2 Diva's Reels & the Machine Just Kept Breaking Down & Taking my Pound Coins also the Machine Kept Freezing when on the Top Game & when reported Staff didn't Seem interested & I never got NO Compensation at all. I would Not Recommend this Place at all & I Hope to see the Whole Club shut Down. I would NOT Recommend & I Will Not Return. Totally Avoid! Why Not Try Mecca - Least the Staff Don't Talk about you behind you Back/In Front of you & Treat you Like a Valued Customer

Loving it..the staff have been great helping me settle in..it's a lovely atmosphere..relaxing too. Only rejoined recently and having a lot of fun again, and not expensive either. Thankyou everyone at the venue..
They do not honour promotions they advertise on the official website and on their Facebook. False advertising and wasting people’s time.
Visited with family,had a great night and staff are all very welcoming ,friendly and helpful! Food and drink prices are very reasonable and of good quality,also had a good win too! Left feeling really chuffed! Definitely a bingo lovers place to go
Always seems to be issues with the caller not hearing people shouting at the back. Not the first time! As I don’t tend to sit at the back cos of it. Did today and shouted, even waving my book but apparently wasn’t heard. Yet they automatically stop when someone wins on the pad but don’t shout. Makes perfect sense. If your hearing isn’t good or not clearly paying attention to what’s around don’t be a caller
Brilliant..polite and helpful staff. I didn't know how to get started, but was looked after. Great experience.
