Visited here a few times but I stopped as I was fed up of the staff constantly trying to upsell. In one evening I had 3 different staff come to my table and ask me a total of 7 times if I wanted to buy an extra ticket…. Two members of staff both asked me 3 times throughout the night… I was getting really fed up of saying no politely when what I wanted to actually say was p**s off and stop asking. How can this be considered to be responsible gambling when you’re constantly being asked to spend more. I’ve been to other clubs and you are asked what you want when you buy your tickets and that’s it. No more pestering, no more constant asking ‘I’ve only got one left, it could be the winner, do you want it?’. It’s encouraging people to gamble money they don’t have. I won’t be returning and I’m debating raising with the gambling commission as it’s irresponsible.
Not love but I like the staff here Chris is the best at what he does . alway really polit and Charlotte his misses is the same. Then there's jamall who serves a good pint of larger or whatever you like. Good place for socialising and meeting new people.

Never done bingo and had some time to kill. We were met by a lovely lady who talked us through the whole process ..... we are bingo fans now all the staff were so happy polite and friendly can’t rate them enough
Nice club but prize money not so good in the afternoon "dont like link ups" staff quite nice too.
Needs more people but really enjoyed myself change is as good as rest my moto x
Lovely staff we are from Liverpool and went to Manchester to go to the dog racing but it was canceled at the last minute so went to the gala bingo had a fantastic night treated like royalty xxx
my second home lol ! amazing food ,and the staff so friendly and always find time for all there customers
