Visited a few weeks back to look at buying a bass guitar and an electric guitar. The team were all really helpful and informative, happy to advise on what would be the best choice for someone who’s a beginner etc. We left with a guitar, bass and an amp and have been having great fun learning! Since purchasing in store, we’ve also ordered a couple of additional bits online which have been packed with care and arrived the following day. Great service all round. Highly recommend.
I slightly missed the cut off for next day delivery online. Called the store who were able to send me a link for payment and arrange delivery. From ordering to delivery in Sheffield in less than 20 hours. Great service. Oh, and my new guitar is a beaut! Thank you, GAK.
Great value and their staff do their best, and actually go above and beyond to make you not only feel valued as a customer but to get you in touch with the relevant people and with the most honest advice. I've used GAK for years for this reason. If I've ever had an issue it's always been resolved so kindly by them. They really do look after their customers. Keep up the good work.
Not being a musician myself my but having a son and grandson who are I rely on the knowledge of the guys at GAK to help me when buying presents for them and they have never let me down. I have bought several guitars and other pieces of equipment over the years and only had a problem with a purchase once and the guys kicked in and sorted it straight away in record time because it was for my boys 40th. With such an extensive range, excellent service, turn around and competitive pricing I don't bother looking else where. I highly recommend them.

GAK, one of the holiest places a guitar lover can visit. Wall to wall delight, huge range of instruments and equipment. Knowledgable, helpful staff who guide and advise without pressure. I couldn't leave without something to carry..........

GAk is one of the best Music shops situated in the South East of England. Exchanged my old audio interface for an new one and it was worth the purchase. The staff are also exceptional and have an good general knowledge incase you're not so sure about the products available.
Very disjointed store split into several shops. It is not easy to shop in with many high value items in a very close proximity. Their website is far more organized and easier to gain information from than the staff. Pricing is high, and the instore stock of music essentials is poor.
Not happy. I ordered an amp that didn't work on arrival which could just be a defect. But trying to sort a return has proved difficult. Iv been ignored told to wait in losing days at work and it's still sat here collecting dust. Iv ordered 3 guitars and 2 amps and loads of pedals from this company and after this ordeal I will never order from Gak again.
