Story

Fully equipped with THE best equipment there is - Powerfabs!! With over 35 years experience in all aspects of the fitness industry plus two first class honours degrees in Health and Exercise science Mike, Leica and their son Laszlo have possibly the most experience and the highest level of qualifications of any gym. They have trained raw beginners, top amateurs right through to top professionals competing at the Mr. Olympia.

Our aim is to provide our members, friends and followers with ideas, insights and motivation to enable them to reach their goals.

Very friendly gym, great price for membership, and a good variety of equipment. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's also great how it's open 24 hours.
Brilliant facility owner was very helpful and welcoming as I'm from out of area and was working away. I would % recommend it And if I was local, I would definitely train here I would definitely visit again if I was ever in the area

First time visiting, exceptional welcome, very friendly and chatty. Plenty of equipment and the whole gym has a feel that the owners actually want you to have a good workout, not just there for money. Honestly cannot fault it, very welcoming and an amazing atmosphere.
Great Gym has all you need. Owners are very welcoming and importantly its clean and everyghing is put away after use i.e handles bars weights, no tripping over stuff.. If u want a quality training venue look no further
Joined up last month and if by far one of the best gyms I’ve been too, feel really welcomed and if you need any help you can just ask. Got all the equipment you need to get a full workout.
Brilliant equipment and friendly staff. Generally has a fantastic atmosphere and makes going there fun. I was very much a "You wont catch me in a gym" before I went here and now I'm hooked. Also: you will be hard pressed to find a gym with prices as reasonable as here.
Been doing a 2 to 3 hr journey to visit GAH and now GAH2 for a while now. Why? Simple the educational knowledge emanating by the Gelsei's, well I've met no-one anywhere near equivalent. Kit, is 2nd to none, atmosphere is what it should be in the gym. Ethos about overall health, wellbeing atop every opportunity positively progressed, encouraging any perspective stage competitor to compete. Simply the best
