I bought a lovely bean-to-cup machine here based on an online review.  I can confirm the customer service has been top notch.   The machine arrived very quickly and was well packed.  The comms have been clear and accurate. I haven't had any problems with our new machine, but suspect they would be responsive if there were.  I'd happily buy from Gaggia UK again.

Very happy with the speed at which my new Classic was delivered - next day. I'm also very happy with the machine itself. It took a little while to get used to after swapping from a bean to cup machine but it was definitely worth it. I would happily buy direct again.

Excellent customer service offered by Raj and his team. Had an issue with my new machine one delivery and it was sorted with no fuss. The after sales service is fantastic, tech team on hand via zoom which is a great tpuch. One very happy customer, thank you.

After two an a half years of faultless service, my Naviglio wouldn’t switch on correctly. I contacted Gaggia Direct and they arranged a Zoom call to observe the change. They agreed they needed to look at it in the workshop and they arranged a courier to pick it up. After ten days my machine has been returned and is working normally. Really great service and I couldn’t be happier.

I had a small issue with my purchase so needed an exchange. Raj helped me out and the problem was sorted very quickly. It was handled with professionalism and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend to others.

Absolutely first class company to deal with. Raj and his team you could not ask more of. Firstly I ordered two machines by mistake, they sorted it quickly. Then I changed my mind or the wife did on my purchased machine which they let me return free of postage after which I upgraded to the Accedemia. I have purchased from Gaggia UK twice in the last 4-6 weeks, which probably tells you all you need to know. Firstly, I find all at Gaggia UK both knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They really are the premier people to contact on all things Gaggia. And secondly, the Gaggia range of machines is excellent. I have recently purchased the latest Classic after my previous machine giving nearly 20 years of hard service.

A 10 minute, really friendly, very competent, easy to follow zoom call with Raj resolved the issue I have been experiencing with my Gaggia Classic! With a bunch of other hints and tips at the end of the call I logged off with confidence and made the best espresso I've achieved in weeks!  Going by the other Google reviews, I'll try and visit next time I'm up north!

So far very easy to deal with, good advice and got a little extra something for Christmas. Looking forward to being able to attend a workshop with them to get the best out of the machine.  Also, they have been so much easier to deal with than Sage/DP, who were terrible.

I am extremely happy with my Gaggia Classic espresso machine, recently purchased from Gaggia UK.  I'm still getting used to it but I have managed to turn out some lovely coffees so far and I hope to improve my brewing skills the more more I use it.   The only down side was that the delivery was a day late and tracking the parcel was pretty useless.  Use a top line courier firm for best results.
