Have used Physio Plus several times now and can't recommend them enough. From the lovely friendly receptionist Carolyn who books your appointments and greets you upon arrival to the expert knowledge and skill of Physiotherapist Leighton every aspect is professional.
I would highly recommend Physio Plus NI. The staff are all really lovely. I had a warm welcome from Carolyn at reception and my physio Cara was amazing. I was having neck pain and the difference after 3 sessions is night and day. Cara provided great treatment and gave me useful tools which I now have for life. Thank you.
Absolutely fantastic practice. Cara is incredible, she has an impressive depth of knowledge and practical experience, which has had such a tremendous impact on my wellbeing and lifestyle. Very highly recommended if you want a professional, caring and efficient service. After attending at least six other practices and totally despairing, this one stands head and shoulders literally above the others for excellence.
I will always recommend physio plus!! Everyone there really knows what they are talking about, and you will receive homework to help with whatever your ailment is. I've been for several issues with my shoulder and back and I've always felt very listened too and I am always happy with the care. Nina who does the Deep Tissue Thai massage is fantastic too. My job means I'm standing all day so muscles get very tense and sore, and I see her bi-monthly to keep things under control. She is fantastic with her hands and I always feel so good and floaty after seeing her.
I've had trouble with a shoulder injury for some time which has had an impact on my mobility for exercise. Cara very quickly diagnosed the issue, provided some fantastic relief treatment which had immediate results and then advised on a suitable rehab strategy to ensure the issue does not recur. It's clear that Cara and the Physio Plus team are extremely passionate about their work and achieving positive outcomes for their clients. I would recommend them with confidence.
Jillian is currently guiding and working with me to help with my lower back pain / sciatica. She is a star! Everyone in the practice is highly accommodating, starting with appointment availability through to the friendly atmosphere and the treatment including guidance on "homework" is just outstanding. Thanks so much for making me feel better!!
Just want to say I’m doing really well,and it’s definitely to do with the great care and attention I received from Cara, hope your all doing well I miss my visits.
After just one session with Leighton I had an amazing result. I can not recommend him highly enough. The mobility in my Frozen shoulder and arm was immediately improved. I have seen a few physios for treatment who I thought were lazy, and fobbed me off with exercises and no hands on, but Leighton really puts the elbow work in. I can’t wait to see him next week. At last I can see an end in sight to all the pain I have suffered over the past 6 months.
