Story

Based in Aviemore near Inverness in the Cairngorm National Park we are ideally placed to access a wide range of outdoor activities for all the family. Our highly experienced team of outdoor instructors cater for all ages from families, stag & hen groups, corporate groups to individual guiding & coaching skills.

Our range includes white water rafting & mini rafting, canoeing & kayaking, hill walking & rock climbing, mountain biking, gorge walking & canyoning together with a full winter programme from Telemark & alpine skiing & touring to winter skills, snow & ice climbing & more.

We all had a great time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had hoped to do Tubing, but heavy rain meant a last minute change to Gorge Walking. They provided everything, and their wetsuits were clean and warm although a little tight, but as someone who suffers from cold hands I appreciated the combined 10 mm of extra warms around the chest. My hands were a little cold at the start, but I stayed warm enough until the short hike back that’s when the wind hit us. Our group contained mixed skills and the guides made it fun for all abilities :- 13 to 16 year old kids and +45 year old adults.
Super exhilarating gorge walking on the first cold day in ages! How and Bonnie were really great at keeping us going up along the slippery gorge. And helping us when necessary. Either jumping into the pools and sliding down rushing water into other pools. No matter it was on a rainy day! Just brilliant.
Absolutely 10/10 experience. Our zip trek guide Sarah was exceptional and a highly skilled communicator. From the word go we knew we were in safe hands. 100% recommend doing this.
Excellent day worth every penny. Mike on the zip made it very easy to enjoy and Rougie on the gorge walk made it an exciting walk both a credit to g2 outdoors.would recommend and will defo be back.my 12 year old son loved it.
Had a great time canyoning with G2 Outdoor. The staff were friendly, fun, and responsible. It was our first time but we felt in safe hands. It was a great experience and we recommend anyone to give it a go.
Myself and a group of friends just completed the ski mountaineering course. Although tough, it was a fantastic experience! Our guide Nick was absolutely excellent and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did we feel out of our depth. I will most certainly be back for another course.
Just spent the morning on the gorge walk. Kitted out well looked after by a very experienced and patient guide. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A top adventure experience.
We did the Zip Trek through G2 Outdoor, and had a great experience. The company seems very professional, well run, and definitely takes the safety of participants seriously. We're planning to go back to try the canyoneering as well. Highly recommend their activities!
