Vauxhall Astra repaired from LV owned Gemini bodysho Redditch. Substandard repair done with using  non genuine counterfeit parts. Gaps around wing very poor standard cowboy job. Booked in for a second time to do the repair correctly. If you have your car repaired from LV Gemini bodyshop Redditch get your vehicle inspected by another dealership to confirm a good and non cowboy repair job. My advice is to AVOID this cowboy company.

I can only second the existing 5 star reviews; excellent communication throughout the entire repair process, brilliant work on the repair itself, and the customer service is fantastic. I also got a 5 year guarantee for the work completed, and my car delivered to my work place. Highly recommended.

The collected my car from my home address. Took it to be fixed and within a week of them having it after needing the drivers side rear door replacing it's delievered back to tomorrow. So happy its repaired and being brought back to me before christmas.

What, a garage that you can trust?  First off, rear quarter panel damage repaired by these guys and you can't tell there was ever damage.  In addition; Gemini collected and dropped off our vehicle exactly when they said they would. Agent was wearing a mask we're just out of pandemic lockdown at this time. Outward communication was plentiful. Gemini answered the phone quickly and could always find our records. Plus, the car was tidier when returned than when it was collected.  Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Insurance repair done through Gemini. Staff were very courteous and communicated well, car was picked up on time, fixed very quickly and returned. They even cleaned it inside and out.

I can highly recommend this company.  They picked up my car, kept me fully informed all the way along with my repair and delivered my car back to me.  The repair quality is outstanding.  Would definitely use them again.  :
