Beautiful jewellers, wonderful staff! Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Rachel and Becky were very professional and lovely and really put my daughter at ease and the results were brilliant. Both me and my daughter were very pleased, they look beautiful. Very reasonably priced for the service you receive, I would highly recommend!
Have been a customer since late 60's early 70's. Their service as always is impeccable, great with watches, they used to make "timepieces". All the staff have first class knowledge on jewellery.
Joe was so fantastic throughout the entire process, he managed to make my vision a reality creating a gorgeous bespoke square set diamond, with tapered baguettes on a 18ct gold band. He was so patient and happy to answer any and all my questions, fantastic customer service and I love my engagement ring!! Thank you so much & couldn’t recommend more!

My partner bought my engagement ring from Tydemans during the second lockdown, Joe helped him create the bespoke ring and it’s absolutely stunning! Since we have purchased our wedding bands and other jewellery pieces - I cannot put into words how helpful they have been. I’ve never felt so special in a jewellers, the service is impeccable!
Tydeman Jewellers is a real gem in our town. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much effort. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy jewellery knowing they’ll be in safe hands.
So much choice, nothing is too much trouble, staff are all so friendly to help out and the best thing it’s local. Our weddings rings were bought here, christening bracelets for our first born, signet rings for 18ths, necklaces for 21st and earrings for our daughters wedding. Thank you so much for your help over the years looking forward to many more purchases.
