Cannot recommend GT Garages enough. We recently purchased a Vitara from another organisation but GT garages have been far more helpful than the organisation that we made the purchase from! Really excellent service in every respect. When we are looking to purchase a new Vitara hybrid in a year or so we will definitely speak to GT Garages first.

Bought our car from here in Feb and the service was wonderful and we have popped back with minor tyre problems and they are sooo helpful.  The problems are nothing to do with quality or car - minor puncture problems with screws stuck in tyres but they always make us feel its ok to take to them and are very reassuring and helpful.Service:&nbsp;Tires

Had exceptional customer service from ross, i was on holiday at my folks in the midlands and the coil spring on my suspension snapped on the last day of my holiday, phoned every garage in the local area but every where said it would take 5 to 7 days for a suzuki part to order in and its dealer part only BUT someone was smiling down on me as i phoned GT garage and ross was actually coming to tamworth and brought me the part i needed so i can get my car back on the road and said i could pay for the part when i get back i mean how lucky was i and how kind for him to bring it even though he was coming to this neck of the woods, this is the sort of customer service that goes a long, long way in my book. Thank you ross your a life saver

Its not often I am inspired to leave a review but this garage certainly deserve one. We decided it was time to replace our car, not a job we usually relish. Having stumbled across GT Garages at Scarborough on the internet I half heartedly rang to enquire about a second hand vehicle their were advertising, well the whole process for there on was nothing short of excellent. Michael the salesman who looked after us was a pleasure to deal with. Good solid understandable information, no pressure, helpful, nothing like any car salesperson we have come across before. Thank you for your professional but personable service. We did buy the car, are extremely pleased with it, when we decide to change it at any point we will go straight to GT Garage Scarborough, hoping Michael is still there. Many thanks.
