Staff are extremely helpful and courteous, helped me get my daughters pushchair out the shop and down the step, and on a seperate occasion helped me with the self serve parcel returns. They are always friendly and welcoming.
I use this shop on a regular basis, mainly to return parcels to retailers. The staff are always very helpful, greet you with a smile and extremely polite.

I've been short changed 3 times in a row here. They don't tell you how much in total when everything is scanned. Avoid at all costs, or at least check your change. Every time.
They Will SHORTCHANGE you . It's actually shocking how many times they seem to feel clever shorting me. Your not above my math.
