I’ve been purchasing my herbs from Baldwins for the last year or so. Since finding them I have never ordered elsewhere! The products are great, well packaged and I love that it’s biodegradable packaging too. I didn’t realise there was a store! Planning to visit in a couple of weeks to stock up :D I have full confidence in the quality of these products and use them for making custom tea blends for myself and others.

I found Baldwin and Co online when searching for stockists of a particular marmalade.  This product was now impossible to find locally, and it’s the only one my mum likes that meets her dietary needs.  I spoke briefly to a staff member, who was helpful and ensured me the item was in stock.  The order for quite a few! came very quickly and was extremely well-packaged.  We were absolutely delighted to recieve it and will definitely place more orders.  Thank you!

I've ordered twice from this store and all the products are very nice and were really well packed. Everything arrived in perfect condition - such a relief, as I've had boxes of food from other companies arrive and the food has been damaged because of poor packing. Thanks again Baldwin's!

DO NOT buy the Bentonite clay. It is a con. I thought when I looked at it that it was rather pale in colour. Anyway it is very poor quality and you will be unsatified. It appears to be mixed with something. If I could give -5 stars I would. I have been robbed.

Great customer service! I had a reply to my email from Tim within half an hour and he helped answer my question about delivery quickly and politely. My order was delivered the day after I received the despatch note in my email. So far the service and delivery has been 10/10. My herbs were packaged well in a padded envelope, I have yet to try them so cannot comment on the quality but first impressions are good.  The pricing was reasonable for what I received, I was pleased with the consistency of the Mugwort and Wormwood, not too much stem to worry about. All things going well I will be back again for repeat business. Thank you!

My mum would tell me to come here all the way from Asia to get her the essential oils. This is my 2nd visit and I got Sandalwood Mysore oil and cinnamon powder. First time I got sandalwood and pure rose oil. Their service is fast. Their essential oils smells good and it has a relaxing component in it. 5ml bottle lasted me for 3 months. I used it about 4 to 5 times weekly. You dilute it in water/diffuser. The pure oils can get pricey. They also sell diluted version in Jojoba oil which is much cheaper. Cinnamon powder is the true powder, and it is sweet. I got 200g this time and I would definitely come back again.

I only ever go to the food and suppliments part of this shop and it's a nice alternative to Holland and Barrett. Comparatively there are more options with lunches, cereals, bread and chocolate although they don't have all the chocolate/yogurt covered treats you csn find in H&B. No fruit or veg unfortunately but still a lovely place to shop with friendly staff.

They don't accept card payment on product less than £1. Even charity shop accept payment of any amount on card. Sort this out. It's a 21st century

Lovely quaint holistic pharmacy near Elephant and Castle. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff who were able to assist with my queries. Had a plethora of bottled and natural products to purchase, always good to read the labels though to know exactly what quantity is in what. Would recommend despite the distance.
