Had my car repaired here over 18 months ago after an accident in which the whole side of my car was smashed. They did a lot of work including replacing the door. Today my window on the replaced door was stuck and failed to go up or down. I rang the company as I was told at the time there was a 5 year guarantee on all parts replaced and with no issues was told to bring the car in. Mark (I think this was his name, sorry �) came out, looked at my window and took it into the garage straight away. I sat for around 20 minutes and my window was fixed with no charge or lengthy questions. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

superb customer service, generally satisfied with work carried out after crash. found they were ALOT cheaper than other repair centres yet STILL maintain high levels of work. saving their customers £££ excellent service from everyone on reception to mechanics and Managing Directors. Thank you ever so much for your help and assistance.

Awful. Unsafe and dangerous. Had to fix my own vehicle after they had worked on it. Awful

I didn't find the staff helpful, seemed quite arrogant. Shame really as they seem to be using quite a modern building and it gives a certain impression, which didn't equal the service I received.
