Someone advised me to go here for items required, when walking in 3 members of staff were on the phones for what seemed like an eternity and when each member got off the phone, I was ignored completely. No greeting, no simple hello, nothing. Walked around for 10 minutes and still no offer of assistance. Then what really did it for me was other people who came in after me seemed to get served and I was still left hanging around. To be honest, I pretty much felt like a ghost in there. If I could rate this visit as zero I would. Shocking all round, as a shop or company, you should have a look at yourselves and be ashamed. Utterly disgraceful. By the way, I spent my £60 in B&Q where at least I got acknowledged by somebody. Avoid this shop like the plague
