Please avoid. This company took advantage of my elderly grandparents, who’s boiler was working perfectly fine, and offered them a new better boiler with 10 year guarantee. The install was poor workmanship at best, and no guarantee has arrived. They called multiple times to no avail, and even went to their offices just to try and speak to someone. They also offered to remove the old water tank etc, asking my grandad to leave it on his front lawn- nobody arrived. He done it himself, an 84 year old man. My grandad very much values his pride, and this company left him feeling diminished as well as out of pocket. The overcharged service and false promises offered, as well as the ‘polite’ salesman who reeled then in and conned them, render this company entirely abhorrent. I am absolutely disgusted.

Please do not allow this company anywhere near you or your property!! Initially cold called me, and after a home visit I stupidly agreed to pay for a much needed new boiler. The company website states "avoid cowboys by employing Future Scotland Ltd". I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unprofessional company as this. Utter cowboys!! Failed to remove all the old tanks and boiler. Shoddy workmanship which resulted in water dripping through my kitchen ceiling. Failed to turn up for the emergency appointment. Materials were stolen from the rear of my property in "error" by their staff, who are clearly completely devoid of any form of intelligence. That goes for the office staff too! I am still waiting 4 months later to be reimbursed for having to buy a new loft access ladder, which they managed to remove thinking it was rubbish to be tipped. I could write pages and pages detailing how utterly appalling this company is but I'm sure they will be out of business before long. They were not answering the phone for a whole week and that seems to be the case again now. The 10 year maintenance contract which formed part of my contract with them will no doubt be rendered worthless. I can't post without giving them one star!

Took out a 10 year guarantee for solar panels at the same time as having a booster fitted. They promised double income from the panels with this booster at a cost of £2500 which included the 10 year guarantee. Since then the earnings from the panels has been lower than it has ever been in the last 5 years. Four requests for an engineer since September has resulted in no response. All their work is supposed to be covered by insurance but the don't tell you ejo they are,!!!. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

This company is disgusting. I signed a contract with them in August for roofing, windows and doors and roughcasting. Roof was done in September with windows to follow 2 weeks later. I am still waiting over 3 months later! Numerous excuses from wrong colour ordered to glass smashed on pickup. 4 complaints have been totally ignored and office staff are very skilled at not calling back when promised. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Do not go any where near this company new roof and gutters which have fallen down wont call you back when they say they will disgusting customer service
