Staff very friendly and helpful. I got some good bargains in the sale and some ex-display things I am delighted with. The manager sorted out a couple of small issues very quickly and effectively. The furniture is all solid oak, well made, and looks lovely.
The rating is synonymous with the name. That's what they sell, they ain't cheap so the staff's effort is equal to the task of bringing you to a decision on the price point. Every option explained, all current discounts quickly applied. We had to drive 40 miles to shop there so it wouldn't have taken much in the way of antipathy for things to have gone south but, in our case, they were able to convince us, so we'll done them. But... when we take delivery I will be back.
This was the first time I have ever been in this shop . The staff were really nice friendly and helpful. The quality of the stuff is very good . well laid out shop a lot of thought has gone into it . I will definitely go again

Really lovely shop used to buy from their old shop In Solihull before they moved all good quality unusual furniture, great shelving and lovely cushions and very helpful and friendly staff
We bought an ex display futon when we had just popped in for a browse. It is perfect for our spare room and Katie could not have been more helpful in showing us the different features of each futon and ensuring we were able to arrange delivery.
