Aren't exactly that accommodating, smokes average so you'd think they'd make up for it elsewhere. Sat in the booth and asked to have my shisha served as a 'foil head' instead of the new 'apple on top?' head, but was told because I'm sat in the booth i can't have my shisha as a foil pot.. Yet if I sat a few metres out in the open area it's absolutely fine? Couldn't understand what they were concerned about, I even offered to pay more to have the (least expensive) foil head, but they wouldn't have it. In future you guys should make an apparent effort to accommodate to requests, it wouldn't be the end of the world if you did.. - unimpressed shisha'holic who had left a wedding hoping to end the night with a good smoke.

Idiotic manager insisted that 4 of us buy 2 shisha’s, even though only one of us was smoking. We were all going to order around £50 - 60 of food and drinks. The shisha was only £13. Clearly no business sense or customer service. And the place was empty on a Friday night at 9pm. We won’t be going back.

Best shisha lounge in East London arguably in London. Staff are very friendly and always around on busy and non busy days. Most importantly the shisha is great with a huge variety of flavours.
