Really great gym. What I liked most was the staff attitude- super welcoming, friendly and helpful but also trusted you to let you get on with it. Probably the biggest range of equipment I’ve ever seen in a gym. They have protein drinks made to order for sale and a small coffee/drinks area. If I could change one thing, it would just be for me it’s a little hardcore, there’s no real relaxing area to speak of. So it’s great for people who take fitness VERY seriously ... I am really nitpicking here though! Lastly the website needs updating as the prices are out of date and the classes aren’t there. Overall- excellent gym- will be returning!

Excellent helpful staff, fantastic amounts of kit & equipment, as I found from the beginning of my fitness training, at this gym "everyone is welcome and fits in at whatever level of fitness you are at" would "highly recommend" Rob.

By far one of the best gyms in Stamford. All the equipment is top quality, stuff are down to earth and easy to get on with. Would definitely recommend choosing fusion 3 as your new gym!
