My sister and I visited Firniture Village, Sears shopping centre, with a view to perusing sofa options. Paul Jackson came to help us and he was so very helpful and allowed us to discuss and peruse at our own pace, no pressure at all. Once home we discussed our information given to us by Paul and later in the week revisited to order our choice. Paul was not in that day and we spoke to Ricardo, another excellent sales person, and we ordered our Hudson sofa and matching chair which we are now looking forward to being delivered soon. Thank you Furniture Village, Paul and Ricardo. Excellent choice and excellent service!

AVOID FURNITURE VILLAGE Three days after delivery of our 3 piece suite we noticed one of the chairs was lopsided. This was way back in February. under consumer rights I requested the faulty goods be collected. As many people have found to their cost , this shoddy bucket shop consider themselves above any consumer rules as they totally ignore them Fortunately I came across a FB group, “let down by Furniture Village” where I located over 1,500 people with issues again them too!! I obtained an independent report that found MANY problems with the suite, further highlighting appalling workmanship!! We were informed the suite was made in Italy, yet over the last few months you briefly emailed the manufacturers…. In China the birthplaces of cheap furniture . We are still awaiting a refund. Do not buy from Furniture village AVOID FURNITURE VILLAGE

Served by Kush. Not pushy and very helpful with his suggestions as we were choosing 3 piece suite. FV have always been a good company to deal with and we’ve had 2 dining tables and wall art in the past, hopefully the settee and chairs will be as good
Fabulous service from the guys in Shirley retail park, Solihull. Manager and Kyushi they were fantastic, so helpful. Highly recommended and first class ambassadors for Furniture village A small note: it would be helpful if you had a policy for vulnerable people. Where you could expedite at least one piece of the sofa ordered for people who like me are disabled and currently having to sit on a kitchen chair due to flooding waiting for a sofa for 13 weeks! This is not good. I understand from your store that this can no longer be done though I did ask but did not explain my circumstance Thank you
Useless January 2024 we sat with a sales person and ordered a bed. What a mistake February 2024 the right bed is delivered but is damaged. March 2024 they attempt to deliver the wrong bed to replace the damaged one June 2024 they again attempt to deliver the wrong bed to replace the damaged one June 2024 they supply the right but the wrong size !!! According to customer services this all our fault utterly contemptible and completely useless. DO NOT USE
The Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also listened to our requirements without applying any sales pressure. It was a good experience.
Really good service as not fond of furniture hunting. Good advice and non pushy. Leon was excellent in patience and handling our changes.
Ravi was brilliant. Gave us the room we needed to look whilst also offering helpful suggestions and his own thoughts. Brilliant salesperson who got the balance just right. Thank you for all your help and im sure we will be very happy with our new dining set.
