Great place for bargains. Got a leather suite. Looking forward to getting it delivered. Friendly staff
Very disappointing. I had telephoned to ask process for uplift of donated furniture and at no time was I told that this would be decided on the day. When the team arrived they were lovely but immediately said the table was too old as was the rest of the furniture I had offered. There was other furniture I knew was not fit for donation and asked for price for house clearance but although they promised to be in touch on Monday I never heard from them again. I was not annoyed at them not taking the furniture but that I had never been told that could happen and wasted 3 weeks. However very professional company dealt with it today and I would not recommend furniture plus to anyone.
Good range of second hand goods at reasonable prices.
They have some "Kitch" items in the warehouse, but nothing that you wouldn't find on the web for much much less. Check socials and the likes of Ebay and Gumtree first! They do have an excellent "obsolete" music & video section though!
Stuff is far too expensive. This is a charity, the furniture is donated. Where do the profits go ?

Excellent Store friendly helpful Staff An opportunity to help yourself by helping others. There is always something to buy, at a reasonable price. My favourite furniture Store, don't buy new, help to save the planet too. Highly recommended
Plenty of furniture, crockery and stuff to choose from. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Will be going back as they do have some lovely period pieces! The squeaky floor tho....
