Wish I'd read the reviews. Placed an order in early July - now end of September and nothing arrived yet and no update. We understand delays are possible, but when you hear nothing at all it's concerning. I call, email and submit update requests on their website form, almost every day but they just don't reply. Shockingly bad customer service - any information would be better than silence. Not sure if they are still in business or if it is indeed it is just a scam.
Order placed, 7 June 2022. Chased 6th September via email, phone and their help desk. Have had no contact with them except one phone call where I then asked for a refund and they said someone would be in touch to arrange. Still no contact 20th October 2022. Even after many more chases via Email Telephone and Help Desk. Have tried their Sales Team, Customer Care and Credit Control to no Avail. Pretty sure this is some kind of SCAM site at this point.
1 star is generous! Do not purchase from this company if you wish to see the product or your money ever again!! I have never had a horrific experience with a company. Communication is non-existent. They place you on hold, tell you no one is available but will call you back and no one ever does, This happened to me over 15 times and took me nearly 3 weeks to get to speak an an actual human that could tell me anything. I originally placed an order for bunk beds for my son in September of last year 4.5 months ago. It was advertised as a 4-6 week wait. It then got extended to 8-10 weeks then 4 months. Each time there was no communication, I had to phone and chase and shout to get anyone to speak. Note that no-one responds to e-mails either. I refused to wait any longer and had to go through a painstaking process of getting in touch with them yet again after my expected delivery date came and went. I have currently asked for a refund but not even sure that I will receive it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
I can't tell if this is a scam or just woefully incompetent. Four months ago I ordered a £200 item which the website said was in-stock and still does today. After three months with no product or communication, I asked for a refund. One month later, still no refund. Avoid this website at all costs.
Have ordered a desk 3 weeks ago and heard nothing since. They are not responding to emails or calls. I am so annoyed with myself for trusting what seemed like a reputable store. Should always check the reviews!!! Will I ever see my £560 again, who knows but I know I don’t need hassle like this in my life. These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! Update, ordered 12th April, it is now 20 July. Still nothing been delivered. NO Answers to any emails, ticket requests, refund requests, voice messages. Absolutely shameful that they can continue to operate. Now have no option but to go legal, nobody needs this aggravation!
PLEASE AVOID. Unfortunately as with the majority of customers we have not received our order after 5 months and cannot get through to the company via any outlet. Likely lost out on our money. Please do not use this website/company.
The most terrible experience. DON'T buy from them as you won't get your ordered fulfilled according to the delivery time. Customer service never respond to emails. I called 5 times to cancel my order but never happened. Had to report to my credit card company to get money back. Absolutely a waste of time. They keep your money for 3 weeks without doing anything and in the end finally responded as I have ask my credit card company to chase money back and they said it's me changed my mind....
Do not order with this company. I have been waiting over 6 months for my wardrobe and despite hundreds of phone calls and emails I’ve been unable to get my wardrobe or a refund.
Website looked very good so naively I did not look at the reviews and more fool me. I paid over £200 for a couple of beanbags with a 2 to 3 day delivery date. Zero communication and no reply to advertised number . Got through to a pleasant woman who said she would put me through no one answered as I dont think it was true and said I would get a call back. Obvs did not get one. I find it disappointing that this company is managing to operate in the UK and are no better than a Nigerian call centre trying to get access to your on line banking ss that is what they have technically done. Does anyone have any advice as to if you can get the bank to do a charge back on a debit card. One star as you cant post without a rating
FAKE COMPANY FRAUD CON AVOID AT ALL COST STILL WAITING FOR MY BEANBAG FOR MY SON WHO HAS ADDITIONAL NEEDS NOW MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ARE DEALING WI FOR A £94 REFUND. I ONLY ORDERED THE OUTDOOR BEANBAG BECAUSE THERE WAS A £15 PROMO AND MY PREFERRED RETAILER WAS OUT OF STOCK. The website was professional and never would have imagined getting conned. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES NO ANSWER TO EMAILS THE WEBSITE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
