DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
No option to give no stars but that is what this company deserves.
I ordered a wall mirror with a 6 weeks waiting time. I had to contact them to ask for a delivery date which they gave me and then after I had taken a day off work, texted me the night before to say that they had received the wrong mirror from the supplier. Again I had to ask for a new delivery date which was supposed to be the following week and the company would ring me to confirm. I never heard from them so had to chase them yet again. This time there was some lame excuse about the supplier not having sent it but it would be in the next week and they would contact me to arrange delivery. Guess what, no phone call so after waiting yet again without any contact I lost patience and demanded a refund ( thank goodness I paid via Paypal.) So three months after ordering I will have to start again with another company.
This company had an incompetent and I suspect less than truthful staff. Go elsewhere!

I visited furniture direct store in search of a bed sofa for my daughter. The salesman at the show room was very polite and took the time to show me around.
I chose to have my item delivered due to it being to big to fit in my car, which I received next day. The delivery drivers were friendly on arrival and professional, I was most happy that I received a courtesy call to say my item would be delivered within the hour.
My daughter is very happy with her new bed when she stays and finds it very comfortable. I am also pleased with its design, looks lovely.
Would recommend this company to a friend.

Pleasantly surprised on all fronts. Searched for the best price as I knew which wardrobes I wanted and came across Furniture Direct.
I found the staff knowledgeable and only too happy to help with my questions. The delivery was as stated and the delivery guys even took the furniture upstairs which was a great help.
100% would recommend and have done.

Please, for the sake of your sanity and for the sake of your hard earned cash DO NOT EVER THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY!!
I cannot stress strongly enough how deceitful and dishonest they are. The lies begin when you make an initial enquiry and don't end until you've been sucked dry from your money, senses and sense.
They lie about the product, lie about the delivery time, lie about where and when it will arrive, lie about the quality and lie about just about anything else they can think about.
We ordered a set of beds. What a big bloody mistake. They never came in time for when we needed them for. Lie after lie and deceitful and dishonest conversations with them didn't make an ounce of difference to them. They actually got so confused with what official excuse they were giving me that they kept on contradicting themselves each time I called.
When the items eventually arrived 7 weeks later - silly me for not cancelling the order, they were of course not as ordered in the slightest. They didn't even resemble a nightstand never mind a bed. Damaged and dirty - wrong size and used.
Despicable.
Trust me, if you value your money and sanity, do not waste your time with this company. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. If the price is too good to be true, it's a safe bet to assume that it's not the product your after.

Great service and bargain product from Furniture direct. The slight issue I had with the item was quickly resolved. Half the price of Benson for Beds for the same product under a different name.
