Just had my delivery of a new sofa and I love love love it. I only ordered it last week and it’s in my home now. Outstanding customer service from the store to the delivery chaps. All very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this company and I’ll be using them for future purchases
Bought a rise/recline group from here. Rang them a few days later and swapped the 3 seater to a two. Had the suite delivered in about 3 to 4 weeks. Following week I had a envelope brought to my door by the delivery guy from f/c refunding £100. Further more i mentioned a slight flaw with one of the chair's which was replaced within 2 week's. Cant fault them. Highly recommended.
What great customer service we have had from Peter from start to finish , we explained what we were looking for he didn’t have anything in stock but he did ring us when he had new stock delivered. We went down to the store and found what we were looking for 2 sofas but the 2 seaters were to small and 3 seaters too big for where we wanted to put them, so Peter said he would order 2 by 2 1/2 seaters which we gave just received and they are perfect. The 2 guys who delivered were very helpful and polite so the whole experience with furniture city Halifax was excellent from start to finish and will definitely shop there again when needing any new furniture .

Saw a lounge suite on the showroom floor. Unfortunately delivery after Christmas. They allowed us to purchase off the floor and delivered on the day promised. Outstanding service.
Lovely items. Came on the train but will be back in the car!! If you want something a bit different in furniture and accessories it's well worth a look. Reasonable prices too.
Staff were helpful when we needed to buy a bed for our first house. We got something that looked nice for a reasonable price and they arranged to hold on the delivery until the day we moved in. Great service but having been back we've found they don't have a particularly modern range on offer.
