The food was fresh and delicious. It is recommended. One of the best Chinese takeaways in the walsall.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. They sent me the wrong chow mein which I could not eat because it was full of bean sprouts. When we phoned up to ask if anything could be done the guy on the phone didn't want to help and even started insulting and swearing at my partner and even threatened him. I don't think this is the correct way to handle your customers. Disgusting customer service I wouldn't order again might just take the food back and leave it all over their windows I wasn't given a option to bring it back instead we were threatened and sworn at I suggest you hire people who know how to treat paying customers. It wasn't my mistake at all your menu had 2 options vegetation chow mein or PLAIN chow mein. A plain chow mein does not have vegetables in it. Ask Any other Chinese shop. I've never experienced such disgusting customer service
Customer service here is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a PLAIN chow mien. They also have a vegetable chow mien on their menu which I did not order because my partner cannot eat the bean sprouts. I get the delivery, without them notifying the just eat app that they’ve got it out for delivery, for it to arrive with vegetables in the chow mein. I rang up spoke to some young kid who has an attitude problem. Just sat there tutting saying can’t do nothing about it. After becoming riled up because my partner now has to find something else to eat, I told them I would come down to the shop and make them give me plain chow mein. He then proceeds to call me a ‘dickhead’. Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the drama.

Ordered a takeout from them yesterday and the meat was awful tasted like it was processed. I have eaten from there before and I enjoyed their food but last night was very poor
Order didn’t arrive with no attempt of delivery, contacted furama multiple times to be met with extremely rude staff demanding we pay £1.50 extra for it to be delivered ‘again’ when told no they gave us the option of cold food or ‘forking up £1.50’. When asked for a refund they refused laughing. We’ve ordered from here for nearly 2 years and never had this problem
Standard Chinese food, nothing to rave about but at the same time nothing particularly bad just average. Service was fare . We collected our food due to over an hour wait for delivery. Overall I rate 3 stars .
Have ordered food online and had it delivered. Prompt delivery. Food hot and very tasty. Not had a problem with them getting my order wrong. Good place to order food from. Have recently had food delivered from them. Did have chicken with peas, chips and gravy. I think it is £5.25. This is for a half chicken. Well worth the money. Chicken cooked beautifully, very nice. This is cheaper than in some of the pubs locally. I do love the chips from Chinese takeaways, especially if I have sauce with it. Again, all food was wrapped well, hot. All of order was correct. No complaints about service or meal. Last time I ordered food, I chose it to be delivered. Delivery was a few minutes early again. I was very happy with both the way the food was wrapped, and with the quality of the food. You can place an order online for the food to be delivered later on. All of the order was correct. It was very tasty, at the right temperature, and I enjoyed it very much. I find that they are more generous with barbecue sauce. I did order from another takeaway closer to me, but they didn't put enough barbecue sauce with the chips and fried rice I had, so I put more sauce on. Whereas Furama do put more in. Will be ordering from them again soon. Ordered online again, and had food delivered. Order was correct, and came 20 - 25 minutes earlier than time I was given. I was very happy with the food, and the service. Am posting photos of meal I ordered. Also of the enclosed flyer that says you can now directly order online from the restaurant. Very happy with my meal. Many thanks!!.
It's ok I only use when I can't be bothered to wait. It's basically on our doorstep. There's nothing in particular wrong with it other than there are tastier take aways that do deliveries close by. I find the dishes have been varying a lot lately and the consistency isn't there.
First and last time I'll use this place. Called when food was half an hour late to be messed about on the phone,poor customer service. Told it would be on its way in an extra 15 mins making it 45 mins late. By half past 9 at night some warm,not very nice tasting food turned up. By then it was nearly an hour and a half over the delivery time. Don't waste your time and spend your money somewhere else. No option of paying cash on delivery otherwise I would have cancelled.
