Love this soft play! Been with my one year old 4 times now and it’s one of my favourites. The sensory area is fantastic and I especially love the small climbing area and soft slide in that room. Whole place is very clean and the food is decent too. Extremely reasonable pricing too! Highly recommend.
This place is amazing for under 3s there is a baby area, toddler area and then the main play area, there's a small trampoline and a sensory room for under 3s My child was bored. The main area isn't big enough or got enough 'obstacles' it's just plain, climb up go down the bumpy slide. That's it. There is a football pitch As my son is older then 3 we were told to leave the sensory room, and the toddler and baby section obviously isn't for him either. They serve their own food and you are absolutely not allowed your own food, again I was told off for eating grapes I brought from home A child next to be had bought a lolly from their canteen, and got told off for eating it and touching things - 'the play area will get sticky' Sweet place but not a chilled vibe, they are very on top of you, I've been here twice and both times was told they are closing earlier and had to leave when the times it says online stated it should have been open an extra half an hour or so

We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party here today & to say it was amazing would be an understatement. The place is brilliant - so clean & so much for the kids to do. We had our own party host who was amazing and the food was fantastic! The owner is wonderful too - she went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday special. We didn’t need to worry about a thing, everything was taken care of including cutting & wrapping the cake! We would 100% book here again for any future children’s parties. One of our guests even booked his child’s party while we were still there . Thank you to everyone who made our party FUNtastic! Well done!!
I visit that place on Monday, it was to cold to go for walk so I was sure that soft play is the best way to have fun that day. Since we get there 9.30 it was freezing, the door where wide open, staff was wearing boots and jackets, they said that heating doesnt work and fan will start heating up soon. It took actually 2 hours so all my session where we were freezing, and it wasn't like that just that day, cause heating get broken week earlier, so I am just wonder why they have decided to stay open. Why they didn't say on website, we have heat broken, please come later or something like that. Now my girl are very ill, one end up on antibiotics, ear infection. If I knew before I would bring them warmer clothes or stay at home. Toilets were without heat also, and no toilet rolls. I have ordered 2 sliced of bread, and lady gave me 8 of them. And of course charged me for it. Honestly, don't recommend this place, cold place and cold heart. Sorry but need to say that, my kids are at home ill because your unproffetional staff.
i take my grandaughter here on a regular basis, the staff are fantastic, the place is so clean, the food for a playcentre is excellent, especially the cheese on toast and chips, she went today to a prebooked easter activity and we were blown away at how well the staff were with the kids and how much stuff they did with them, it was great value for money as it always is. Its our go to place for a fun time for our grandchildren and us, keep doing what your doing girls
Daughter has just had her third birthday party at Funtastics. Absolute quality, everything taken care of, nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a really great time, kids and parents. Chloe was our party host and couldn’t have done more. Great with kids and empathetic when it all got a little overwhelming for daughter. Thank you.

Used to go to the play centre at the lock keeper round the corner, one day it was full and one of my friends told me to try Funtastics. Now I take my daughter all the time - head and shoulders above the one at the Lock Keeper. Toilets are immaculate, big open space with lots of light, tables and floors are always very clean. Staff are lovely.
