While the play center is not bad on its own, l was not happy with customer service. The lady at the counter told me they are closings in 10 mins before my child played. She claimed they have to close because l was the only customer there. I reasoned that if they planned to close, they should not accept customers and make them pay. Overall, the experience took away from the fun.
Love this soft play! Been with my one year old 4 times now and it’s one of my favourites. The sensory area is fantastic and I especially love the small climbing area and soft slide in that room. Whole place is very clean and the food is decent too. Extremely reasonable pricing too! Highly recommend.
Nice and clean playcentre, kids liked it but it's a bit on a smaller side so after an hour or so kids got a bit bored. Otherwise we liked it and the mega breakfast should be served with two fried eggs, not scrambled eggs but I didn't want to complain and wait for another one to be made, so I just ate it as it was served.
Pretty decent playarea. Not many exits off the equipment so u can keep an eye on kids easier. Toilets are accessible and its cute theres an adult toilet and kiddie toilet in same cubicle.nFood is really nice here and staff are friendly.
Stumbled across this little Hidden Gem on Sunday, didn't have to book, we just turned up.nKids loved it, the place is spotlessly clean, prices were great too, Staff very friendly.nWould highly recommend.
