Very poor customer service and rude management, spent well over £450 and asked for a few free drinks on the house and the manager turns around to say "you didn't tip us so you get nothing on the house". Don't think I'll be going back to this branch. Along side all that the Shisha itself was very bad, coal changes weren't done regularly and the flavours where completely different to what they where supposed to be. My advice is to avoid at all costs!

Extremely upset by the poor customer service. We had come in a large group and had ordered plenty of shisha, food and drinks. The shisha constantly tasted like coal and mud and everytime we said something about it to a member of staff his response was "thats just how some of the shisha taste." I had to ask him 3 times before he took the shisha away and made us a new one which didnt last us long at all. The base water was extremly muggy and looked like it hadnt been changed in months, the bases had mould growing on them, the pipes were very old and the coal was cheap quality quick burning coal that burnt the shisha flavours too quick which is why it tasted so muddy and coaly. The food was average. Overall I will not be visiting this establishment ever again and will not be recommending it to anyone.

Good place for taste card. Ok food and nice space. A bit dirty, all three courses arrived together and felt like they had just been microwaved. Would I come here and pay full? Nahhh plenty of better places. It's ok for taste card. Not super bad. I'd come back on a taste card day. 3 stars!. (In contrast the funky browns in Harrow is a 5 star restaurant)
