They did a great job with staining our floors. Their office was easy to communicate with and the gentlemen who did the staining were on time and worked efficiently. Only thing that would have been better was a little more warning/prep for the dust in rooms that they weren’t sanding, to reduce the amount we had to clean up afterwards.Service: Wood staining
Cons: 1.Transition piece pops off by the bathroom all the time. It never stays down see pic 2. There is no Transition piece by the bedroom see pic 3. One of the installers clearly inexperienced cut planks uneven wasting our planks and our hard earned money while Jerry stood there and watched. Jerry stated he had 20 years and more of experience. 4. Planks by an area by the kitchen is separating, hopefully the floor doesn't eventually break all the way a part. 5. The installers didn't run the shoe molding all the way to entry to our upstairs. 6. There were chips on the planks from the installers dropping tools on the floor. 7. They told us that we could return a whole box to Home Depot for refund because they didn't need it on the day they spent 8 hours that ended up not being true at all. 8. They had to come back the next day to put down shoe molding,Transition pieces in which they didn't properly install in some areas. Remove the parts of the floor that had spaces. Reinstall it with the box of pergo that they initially said they didn't need there goes our refund 9. They didn't realize until the whole floor was installed that the doors to our dining room will no longer be able to slide open and closed because the floor is higher they would've had to redo everything in that area at our expense. Pros: My appointment date ended being early. I wouldn't recommend this company for floor installation. We ended up spending more money due to their errors.
