I have to say there is a reason why fuller heating are Worcester Bosch diamond accredited, I am so pleased with my new boiler. it wasn't your everyday install and while some companies shirked at the work and made many excuses as to work needed, Fuller Heating were very knowledgeable and the workmanship was to a very high standard. i would not hesitate recommending them and will use again. New system is Greenstar Comfort 1RF. Good customer information exchange. I have got the impression that time at the job is of the essence and perhaps time spent on site is rationed. As a customer I feel more time could have been spent with me to help me understand the workings of the system. On the day following commissioning I required assistance as the temperature fluctuated. A Saturday is not a good day to report a fault albeit with a system still under guarantee/warranty. Once contact had been established it was possible to get an operative to revisit the site and arrange corrective action.Service:&nbsp;Water heater installation
