The straps on our old aerial finally gave up the ghost, and the aerial was lying on the roof pointing at Australia. Stuart gave us and estimate of maximum cost over the phone; we booked him in for the same week. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and safely, and in short order we had a nice compact antenna, replaced cabling and a good picture. He retuned the TV, checked everything, and made sure we had everything we needed. Payment was by bank transfer, responding to online invoice.

I called Waveform to get some network cabling and wifi access points fitted at home. Stuart was very friendly and helpful in figuring out the best solution, and the job was really neat and professional. Absolutely delighted with how discreet the cables are, and our wifi signal is transformed. Would recommend Stuart and Waveform in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!

Stuart has done multiple jobs for me over the years , including my CCTV and doorbell camera.  He is always professional and contactable. His workmanship is always of a high standard.  His prices are transparent and always itemised.

Called Stuart to fix a faulty satellite dish for my elderly mother in Meopham in Kent. She called me to say how he was polite, considerate and fixed it perfectly. Highly recommended.

Needed my existing Sky dish moved and the cabling re-run along with a wall box in the living room. Work was done to a great standard. Extremely conscious of doing a neat and tidy job, very impressed with the results. Care and attention to detail at every stage. Got a much stronger signal than Sky left me with as well so even better. Would highly recommend.

Stuart came to replace a broken TV aerial cable.I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He came to check what might need doing and quoted two possible costs, depending on what he found on the roof. When he returned to do the work,  he only charged the lower price, when he could have charged the higher price he had quoted for if the job was difficult. He was prompt arriving, very tidy and considerate. An excellent service and nice to support a local business.

After moving into a new house we needed to additional satellite TV cables to come from the dish. After speaking with a number of different companies I went with Stuart at Waveform as he came across as very knowledgeable on the phone. On the day he came on time and saw a better alternative option for us which was a lot better aesthetically! He was very polite, very friendly and got the job done is a fast, efficient and clean manner. He also stayed true to cost! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future when required.

Would highly recommend. Stuart fitted an aerial and also fixed our TV properly on the wall as it was coming away dry lining walls Stuart had the TV fixed up sturdily in no time. We now have a good reception and our TV firmly fixed. Stuart is a lovely guy, very pleasant and helpful. Reasonable price paid for a first class and prompt service. Will definitely call Waveform for any future TV fitting and aerial issues.
