Visited during the last session on a Wednesday evening and ended up being the only family there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even suggesting a smoothie that wasn't on the menu yet when we asked for a suggestion!nThe place was clean and inviting. We look forward to going back there again!
It used to be one of my favourite places to come over with my daughter, until today. Came over, sat outside, as im not doing well with small places with lots of noise and people. Lady came out, telling me that i have to stay inside, unless i want to go outside for a smoke and etc. Explained situation for her, telling that my daughter 8 years old, can manage herself without me attending inside, if if something happens ill take all responsibility of her. Been followed by odd facial expressions that she is not happy with my answer. During the session no-one came out to serve me. Many times i came over, and i never had experience like this, the staff was polite and helpful, never picked over of my choise to sit in fresh air, untill this lady.
Visited today with my 3 year old and a friend for the first time and can not believe I haven’t been before. So clean and well presented. Lovely coffee and amazing carrot cake! Play area just the right size and great at keeping the kids entertained. Again super clean and great atmosphere. Staff was really welcoming and friendly. Will certainly be visiting again!
Amazing soft play venue with incredibly friendly staff, relaxed, and encourages play for children and parents can have a chat with friends whilst the children have an absoluteof a time!nnHighly recommend to anyone and amazing value for money £3.99 for a 90 minute session.nnFood is fresh and coffee is a must
I took my son here when it first opened. It was really clean and my son had a great time running around. The food was really nice and well presented, and the staff were polite, but made me feel a little awkward.nnIt wasn't clear whether we were supposed to go up to the till to order or wait for someone to ask us at the table, and it felt like I was told off when I went to the till. I also asked the staff exactly what was in the smoothies as I was keeping a food diary for my son at the time to figure out what food was causing an allergic reaction, and the staff seemed quite defensive. I only wanted some information, there was no accusation from me!nnWe did still have a good time, and the food was lovely, but it was just an awkward experience.
