Felt like pulling teeth to get the shop to actually send me my photos. I had used them last year to get my photos done and the process had very fast and speedy. I will not be using them again after being told reasons my photos weren’t developed at the correct deadlines were ‘my brother has pain in his neck’ and ‘I was on holiday’. I worried I was not ever going to receive my photos at one stage. I do hope the one guy’s neck is okay now though genuinely. I did get my photos and I’m happy how they turned out. However the delivery of the service was extremely unprofessional and some of the staff members really give off the idea they don’t know what they’re doing. I witnessed an interaction between a staff member and another customer when I dropped off my photos. The customer asked how much a camera bag was and the staff member kept calling his brother to check. He told the customer £44 and then, not too sure, called his brother AGAIN, and told the customer now it’s £49. No surprise, the customer said he’ll think about, left and likely never came back. Don’t use these guys unless you’re okay with constantly checking up on how your photos are doing and wondering if you’ll ever see them again at this point.
I’ve come here a couple times now and each time I’ve received a fantastic service. The workers are very friendly and keen to offer help and would always recommend to a friend!
Poor. Tried and tried to order a camera with them. No confirmation. No follow up. Called endless times and it was always someone else not there that I needed to speak to. I won’t try and use them again for anything. I suggest you go elsewhere. Update 2 months later. Still not a word. Go elsewhere.
We went on the 29th May to get picture taken for my mums 60th it took abit of time but finally have the pictures and canvases.The staff are amazing and wonderful would recommend them if you want any photos done. Also pricing was cheaper than most

I am deeply dissatisfied and agitated by the service I received. In February, I entrusted him with a significant family photograph for touch-up, paying a £25 deposit ahead of my auntie's May birthday. Not only did he fail to deliver by the committed date, but he also lost the photocopy. Despite my repeated visits to the store and listening to a string of excuses, there was no resolution. My patience waned, and when I eventually sought a refund, the ordeal became even more drawn out. He sought proof, procrastinated on the refund, and consistently ignored my correspondences. From a service provider, I anticipate a much higher degree of professionalism and responsibility. It took a staggering eight months, until October, for me to see my money returned
Couldn’t have asked for better service today. Business owner went above and beyond to format my prints, all whilst juggling internet issues with his own service provider. The epitome of grace and calm. We are beyond lucky to have this shop available locally while so many others seem to be closing. Thank you
Horrid experience. went there to have my baby shower pictures developed disposable camera on the 6th of December. Paid nearly £20 to have digital and physical copies of the pictures. After paying, was told that they didn’t have enough “jobs” to be worth doing mine that week and said that would do early on on the following week, got to Saturday and had nothing! Called and was told that these had already been developed and should expect them by midnight on Saturday. Monday came by - NOTHING! My partner went there today and the guy said these weren’t ready yet! And developed them on the spot and gosh what poor quality!!! Still haven’t received my digital copies as I am writing this review - after having confirmed my email with them at least FIVE times and kept being told that I would receive them “shortly”.
The most disgusting service! So rude, no help just ignored while doing something else, very slow, terrible quality- asked to print them again and they did and tried to charge me for all so walked out with none! Shame on you us customers keep you alive! Never returning again and spreading the word not to use!!
Australian passport photos, notoriously difficult to produce to meet standards, were openly complimented by the officer at interview in the Australian High Commission as being perfect. Amazing attention to detail and cannot recommend highly enough!
