Bodywork cleaning standard was ok. Alloys were barely touched. I should have checked before leaving but expected these to be cleaned.

I definitely do not recommend it! In the gallery of this "car wash" I added a photo from Full valet interior. when I went back to them to correct it, there was no problem, but see the picture for yourself. I paid £ 100 for this "something" !!Services: Vacuuming
I regularly pop in to FS, but unfortunately that'll be no more from me. Last week I spent £74 on the full valet, I was aware and they told me they close in an hour and a half, I then said 'ill just have the mini valet' I was assured that there were plenty of the team working that day, and they could get it done in an hour and a half. I know my cars messy, it always will be messy! But there is no way I'll get another full valet there, disappointed.

I asked for a full valet this morning at 10am picked my car up at 3:20 my car didn’t have a full valet as the roof interior hasn’t been touched or sun visors I had to ask to have my windows cleaned 3 times but even after that when I got to the sun they have loads of streaks the back of my car hasn’t even been hovered properly The dash hasn’t been cleaned properly seats still have some stains they put my car mats in the boot but the 2 rubber ones are missing when collecting my car I was told they didn’t do a full valet but still charged 64 pounds please be aware and avoid at all costs i will not be returning my custom is going else where.Services: Polishing
My car is used for private hire, I spend all week driving it so last thing I want to do Is spend all my day off cleaning it. I used to take my car to hombase in Chichester where I first used this company, since then they have moved to there new location and although its a littke out of town its worth doing because of the great service I receive. Customers comment daily on how good and clean the car looks and I owe it to theses guys Great service and very trustworthy. Will continue to use them
Finally, a car wash centre that put customer service at the heart of what they do! I have two young children and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with car seats and general kids paraphernalia. They went over and above what I'd expect from a valet team. The car also looked gleaming, which would've needed a lot of work given that we'd just driven it back from Italy! I'd drive out of my way to come back here - 5 stars!
