Fish batter is hit and miss. Some times its crisp sometimes it's all soggy and sticking to the grease paper and pulls half the batter off. Other than the batter sticking sometimes it's a 5 star

Fantastic customer service. I put a large order in earlier this week for 3 separate families and in total 9 orders; of fish and chips and a beef burger. The gentleman who i believe owns the business was very helpful over the phone. I popped in earlier than I had said and they were already packing them. I waited for the fresh beef burger (which tasted fab!!!!!) And the ladies were helpful in bagging my order so the right people got the right bag! One of the ladies helped me to the car which I thought was excellent customer service and all in all id definately recommend frydays. The customer service and food is spot on! My no.1 place to go for fish and chips!
