Based on the circumstances, the staff and service are brilliant and very helpful. Also had Sunday Lunch and the value is excellent. My new favourite.
Had a vegetarian Sunday lunch here twice so far, absolutely gorgeous and huge. Staff and locals are really friendly and made us feel so welcome .Service: 5/5
Called in for lunch and a drink. Pub lovely and immaculate. We ordered Lasagna and slow cooked beef sandwich both with home cooked chips. Lovely fresh home cooked food and portions were massive! Good luck on your re openeing. And a really friendly owner.

First visit today for Sunday lunch it was very tasty, you get plenty on the plate also had a desert , definitely recommend you try it, staff were brilliant we will definitely go again delicious
A warm, friendly welcome always guaranteed since Nigel and Hayley have taken over ! I cannot wait to visit and test out their new gin shelf and I'm looking forward to seeing the new decor they've worked hard on when they reopen.
A Rustic Country Hostelry within the Lower Dale. We have had many a Meal here where the Quality does not Fail.
Great local pub that welcomes all and couldn't be more dog friendly.
