Within an hour of submitting a form, we were contacted by telephone with a same day appointment. The GP was fab - prompt, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given a diagnosis and prescription which we couldnCollect immediately. I can not think of a better service. Thank you FMP!
Fortunate enough not to need to use Frome Surgery but when i did recently i found the booking system, appt time and automated checking in process all really easy. A big shout to Dr Welch who was empathetic and listened to my concerns. Good stuff Frome surgery!
Absolutely shocking. I would give less stars if I could. You can no longer call and make appointments over the phone. You have to mess around with a form. Asked for urgent appointment due to severe sleep deprivation and given an appointment two weeks later. After being told they do actually have appointments available that day.
I was just screamed at by a phone operator while attempting to contact my GP after being told to do so by 111 and an ambulance worker after a call out a few days ago. I was then hung up on when I asked for their information to make a complaint. Disgusting lack of care and appalling attitude. I will be following this up
I am very grateful for being fortunate enough to have an appointment with the GP the same day after calling 111. Thank you Dr. Lead.
