Spent our first holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren in the cottage and had a wonderful time.nEverything we needed was to-hand and the accommodation was presented to a very high standard and spotlessly clean.nWithin easy reach by car of a number of beaches and places of interest - Philip and Lisa had also left a tips sheet with places to visit and local eateries. This was very helpful and so thoughtful.nNothing was too much trouble - excellent hosts - which was also lovely.nAll in all, we loved our stay and would certainly recommend the cottage to anyone considering holidaying in this beautiful part of the world.nRichard, Jan, Madison, Lloyd, Florence & Frankie South Wales
Frog By the Sea you leapt to such great heights providing the best memories for a wonderful special birthday weekend. The whole cottage is so beautiful, the Veranda though is something else. We come from Greek Cypriot heritage and the sunshine, views and space took us all back to our roots!! Thanks so much Lisa and Philip for sharing your special cottage and making us and the doggos feel so special. This was the most amazing find. Lucky us!!
We had a really enjoyable stay at Frog by the Sea Cottage. As a group of 6 adults, we found the cottage offered us plenty of space to spend time together, but also find peace and quiet when you want it, to read or just enjoy the views. All three ensuite bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, a mix of modern fixtures and fittings, while retaining some more traditional features.nWe were pleasantly surprised by the little things that make a real difference - the towels and robes for use with the hot tub, the basket of goodies for us and the dog and the essentials which went well beyond the normal milk, bread, tea and coffee.nThe cottage is really well situated to explore local attractions, as well as some lovely local walks straight out of the door.nThis is the best place we have stayed in for many years by far and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Frog by the Sea is a very special place indeed! We stayed for 4 nights over half term and for my birthday. Lisa and Philip were very accommodating with some last minute possible changes to our travel plans and left a very generous welcome hamper including prosecco and cake for my birthday! The house is cosy and spotlessly clean, with all mod cons. It's in an enviable position on the wonderful Dorset coast, with incredible views over the fields to the Golden Cap and Anchor Pub! We had a fantastic 4 days exploring nearby Lyme Regis and Seaton and wonderful meals at the local pubs. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere in this area. I also feel it's very good value too! Thank you Lisa and Philip, we hope to come and stay another time soon.
Frog by the Sea cottage is beautiful and Lisa and Philip are wonderful hosts. The three bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms finished to an excellent standard and very nice toiletries provided. The kitchen was fully equipped and the lounge very comfy. The hot tub was a joy to relax in after a long days walking. The location is great, the views stunning and great local pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay in Frog by the Sea
