Dropped in here before lockdown 2.0. It was my first time and I received the most excellent customer service!! We walked out with two pairs of shoes that my son is super excited about. Decent selection and incredible knowledge. I never felt rushed or hurried and we were allowed to take our time to find the perfect shoes.
Really helpful lady who runs it. Great shoes and friendly service.
Great customer service. Child was treated really well and good advice given re shoes. Liked appointment system and how we were alone in the shop.
Great service. Lovely local chap who runs the store and has kids of his own so knows what we all go through with this. Very friendly and helpful and will be back again i'm sure.

Just note. This place doesn't offer refunds. My daughter's shoes didn't fit her and now am stuck with a credit note. There is nothing that will fit her and now I can't do anything with this note.
Great family owned independent children's shoe shop. Owner, Mark, was really helpful asking lots of questions about what I needed when picking out shoes as a gift. Highly recommended.
