I have always received fabulous customer service from the Birmingham store staff; they are continually very friendly and professional. I was sent the wrong handbag from the online store and went to the Birmingham store where the issue was immediately dealt with; they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient in resolving the error. I have shopped at the store for years and would highly recommend all of the staff and the products they sell in store. Shop with confidenfidence!
Extremely unpleasant visit to this place. Looked up and down by entire staff on the shop floor as entered, atmosphere was totally hostile. Fairly certain was being profiled the moment I step foot in the place. Jumped up retail staff but you’d think they were selling their own personal effects by the dire attitude. Take your business elsewhere
I have just received an online valuation for a stunning bag. Their vlauation was in one single word-insulting. At least on Ebay they are reasonable and not completely trying to rip you off...
Justin was a pleasure to deal with..very professional and courteous. There was a lady with long, dark hair - we found her very rude and abrupt. Not at all welcoming and in keeping with the designer store she was working in. it completely put me off wanting to purchase anything and I took the money instead. The behaviour of this women makes me want to never bother visiting the Birmingham branch again. The staff at the pop up in Bicester were more like Justin - honest and welcoming.
I had a enjoyable experience with the best style specialist Louise she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I came in to sell items. I was greeted with smiles from every member of staff. I browsed the store looking for things to buy. No pressure to purchase and every member was happy to assist. Waiting to hear the offers. Looking forward to going back to pick up some fabulous additions
Have brought and had valuations on my bags here. Staff weren’t very pleasant in 2016 and unfortunately not much has changed. Management needs some serious training of staff.

Loved the store. Good selection of products. My new mulberry bayswater was a fantastic bargain. Shame the customer service was not very good. I felt the lady who served me was rude and condescending.
Very poor customer service. I felt there was a profiling issue, because of my skin colour. The staff that attended to me, appeared to be in a hurry to discard me and said, there was no stamp in my LV bag, just at a glance!!! but i knew where it was, in the fabric....
