I’m really impressed with Frithwood. I recently registered with them when I moved from Cirencester. The staff have been very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They have made transferring my repeat prescription painless, and the phone queue and wait times are better than my previous surgery. They’ve exceeded expectations all round.
This surgery is great! The staff are all really friendly and helpful. It's quite easy to get an appointment, either same day or in the future. Lots of parking nearby.nnWe had a really great experience with Dr Om - she took so much care to get lots of information, and went through the different options and pathways with me so I felt really clear about the choices available. She was brilliant!
I can not fault the service and assistance that both my Wife and myself receive from the surgery, whether receptionist, nurses, specialists and DoctorsnIt is impossible to fault.nThis surgery is a beacon for others in the NHS to follow.nnTHANK YOU
So often we hear negative reports about doctor's surgeries, so I want to take time to say I have been enormously impressed by the care I have received from Frithwood. I accept I cannot see a doctor immediately, there just aren't enough hours in the day and demands are high. I have however been able to receive a call-back and each doctor I have spoken to has been so helpful. When needed, I have received prompt treatment or referrals. Repeat prescription are made easy online. Thank you to all staff, from front desk to medical professionals.
every encounter with a receptionist has been patient and helpful. doctors seem generally the same. only issue is with the often huge wait times for an appointment but i'm not sure what the average is for things like this
