i have now been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a couple of travel size products i ordered,. I placed the order and the page kept saying order not placed it was only when i noticed the money HAD in fact been taken from my account that the order had been placed. I have called 5 times in total  only to be given an incorrect tracking number and when products reconfirmed they have sent out  incorrect items on the fourth day and nobody seems to know where or when i will receive the order. certainly DONT  expect this from a company as big as Aveda, i definitely wont ever be ordering from their website or indeed shops again and i suggest anyone thinking of doing so to think twice,  SERIOUSLY very poor .
