Excellent job from Joe today. Saved us when our key got jammed in the lock. Professional job from start to finish as well as helping us with other problems we had. Will definitely call on again when needed. Joe is a really nice bloke as well.
Realignment of patio and back door Good communication from the start, arranged a time when I could be at home. Arrived on time and was very thorough with the work, even checked my back door for me too which wasn’t on the agenda. Gave me a quote of the whole job before starting the work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Absolutely brilliant service! I took my newly cut key home and neither myself or my mum could get it to work. When taking it back they were really struggling to see why, so he took the key, cut me 3 different types to be sure it would work and even came to my home to check them… with a bit of a wiggle he them showed me that all of them work! Even the one they first cut! I was so embarrassed- turned out my lock needed some wd40 to loosen it up. So helpful, so kind and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
Locked myself out late at night. I Called him about half ten he was with me in 10 minutes. The door was opened within a minute. Would definitely recommend his services.

Excellent professional service. I contacted them and within 2 hours Joe Taylor arrived. He identified the fault with the backdoor and fixed it promptly. He then went above and beyond and also fixed our front door and window. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would strongly recommend them.
