Great family run business, great quality, service and good value. We have bought all our carpets and flooring from here over the past few years.
Excellent service throughout, they were happy to keep our wardrobe and bed at the shop until we were ready for them to be delivered. Delivery on time with friendly delivery men. Made the wardrobe and bed as part of the service. Highly recommended and nice to support a local business.
Where would Oswestry be without Holywells. Fantastic customer service. Top quality goods. Cannot fault them. Thoroughly recommend
We had our new carpet fitted by Holywells today and it looks fantastic. We opted to replace the carpet in the hall, stairs and landing and they couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us great advice on which carpet would work best for our stairs even talking us away from a more expensive carpet. No pushy sales, great advice, amazing products and installed on a day to suit us
Excellent staff and excellent service excellent choice of thing's to buy for the home.
This was our first visit to E C Hollywell, to look for a new mattress. We ended up buying a new king sized bed, mattress and headboard which was on special clearance offer. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Our new bed was delivered the next day and the delivery guys even put the bed together for us which was a great help. We've had a great first impression of the shop and the customer service. So we'll definitely go there first when we need any furniture in future and we're happy to recommend E C Hollywell.
Used them before for a big carpeting job, and now to supply and fit vinyl floor going through two rooms. Pleasant, prompt, communicative, competively priced and good quality job. Came back without argument to sort a minor issue and it is now an even better quality job. Friendly staff in shop too. Will use again without hesitation.
Brilliant service. They were able to order and deliver my table and chairs when many others could not. Able to order over the phone. Items delivered to my chosen room. As I live on the Wirral this has really been appreciated. Everyone I have had contact with has been extremely pleasant and professional. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thanks for your help.
First time we've used Hollywell's, they were very easy to deal with, a wide selection of carpets at all price points, and the fitters did an excellent job too. Their fitting was included in the price, we also paid them to fit a carpet they hadn't supplied, half the price we were quote by a Welshpool supplier . Will certainly use them again.
Best carpet shop I ever been in for price and service just ask and they will sort you out and free fitting
