Yes it’s hidden away, yes it’s in the basement but oh boy you can’t compare Freud to any other place in London not central at least. Music drinks and the charm of people that work here will make you want to come back again and again. Quieter drinks until 23:00 and if you don’t mind standing then turn up late and have fun

Awesome, Berlin-style bar - nothing posh just cool vibe, great cocktails and right music! A very impressive cocktail menu, and we enjoyed the names a lot. Though it can get really crowded on a weekend night, people around are nice and friendly. The staff are mesmerising at their work. The music is just what you need.

Big selection of well made cocktails. Good price, especially for the area it's in. Interesting building and artwork on the walls. Mens toilets are a bit grim.

Been coming here for years. Great little hidden away cocktail bar. A huge selection of cocktails and good service. Can get very busy and packed especially in summer.
