Very easy to deal with and what you see is what you get. I sold my family car to them and whilst I was initially hoping for a private sale I happily settled on the much easier route of selling to trade but with the obvious lower amount. It really was a simple and fast process with them without any fuss or pushing. If I am buying I would definitely be looking at this company as a starting point as they seem totally straight up and decent. Many thanks Isaac and team.
Originally touched base with Fresh Motors having an Amarok in stock in the spec I wanted. Spoke to Kieran and dealt with him throughout the process.nI was travelling from Scotland, therefore wanted to know as much detail on the vehicle as possible. Kieran was fantastic throughout, making sure I got a personal video, any photographs of the history, condition and all questions were answered.nA week later I made a 8 hour train journey down and got collected via their driver at the station. The truck was in fantastic condition. Few marks as expected but overall very happy. Keiran made sure I was comfortable for the long roadtrip back up North after the sale too, which was a nice touch.nThe aftersales was also very pleasant. Kieran personally text me asking if everything was good the next day and then again a week later. Extremely good service.nThank you very much for being honest and caring throughout the sale.nOverall a very refreshing experience from a garage and would keep them in mind if I ever had to do business with them again. Thanks guys
If Carlsberg made car dealers; they still couldn’t beat Fresh Motors. I was warmly welcomed at the reception desk, before being introduced to Dale, whose friendly, professional, non-pushy approach to sales was a breath of ”Fresh” air.nnI was given as much time as I wanted to both look around the many top quality cars on the forecourt and test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Dale couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring the purchase itself went very smoothly, and my vehicle was delivered to my home, with a clean MOT, freshly serviced, 6 month warranty, fully valeted and with a quarter tank of fuel.nnThank you Jacob, Dale and the entire Fresh team. I cannot recommend you all highly enough.
I had my car taken here for an MOT, not only were the service team efficient, helpful and polite but they assured we were happy and comfortable whilst we waited! Super informative on any issues with our car, providing us full details on the cars general health, including photos of the condition with each item. Kieran was also very accommodating, offering drinks and seeing if there was anything he could do whilst we waited.nnGreat garage, would most certainly return.
Personally, I hated garages, bunch of money grabbing con artists...until now! I promise they're not paying me to write this... I couldn't fault a single person there. The lady on the service desk, I believe her name was Megan, waited for me to look round some cars even though I turned up unknowingly after their closing time, she never rushed me, had no issues, no attitude, just sat patiently and waited while I walked around the forecourt. Following this I came back with a bit more time in the day and was seen to by Kieran. Again, lovely guy, seemed like he had all the time in the world to help me decide what I wanted to buy as I'm one with a million ideas and hate making these decisions. He didn't push me in any direction, he didn't try to go out of the budget I'd given him, I didn't feel pressured or belittled either, which is quite common from car salesmen. I also traded in my pride and joy BMW and, although not as much as I'd hoped, they gave me the best part ex price anyone had offered. Finally, they ensured I was happy with the car, helped to sort the change over and tax for me and they even offer free MOTs and free puncture repairs not for 3 months, not 6 months, for as long as I've got the car! Absolutely brilliant idea and not something I've heard of anyone doing anywhere else! I've called and told them how great they are, in fact I knew my mum wanted another car so I sent her there and the following day she bought one, too! Absolutely couldn't recommend the team at Fresh Motors enough. Top class service, affordable cars, no pressure selling and honestly I feel I got a really nice, really well presented car for a more than fair price. Once again, I cannot recommend them enough!!
