I have been going to fresh hearing for a few years and have always been pleased with the service. Met Claudia today , couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She’s lovely and friendly and professional and did an excellent job with my ears! Thank you so much Claudia
Lovely conversation in waiting room that helped me feel less nervous as I've never had my ears cleaned before! Claudia was kind and professional and thankfully my ears were in good health! Would recommend this place for anyone thinking of giving it a go, worth the price for the peace of mind and the atmosphere is inviting.
From walking through the door Nish was very welcoming and friendly. Talked me through each step and checking how I was throughout. After a couple years of using ear drops having done nothing, I can finally hear perfectly again. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks again!
I rang on Friday afternoon and was seen 10am Monday morning, Nish removed my very stubborn earwax with care and attention using the micro suction treatment. Nice guy and a very professional service throughout, my ears are like brand new again, thank you!
I had problems with some hearing aids which i purchased from a nation wide company they went fauly within two days of purchasing them, i had a lot of trouble with the company, so i decided to send them back , and get a refund, called in at Fresh Hearing and have booked an hearing test with them and will be purchasing some hearing aids from them nice people to deal with.
We really can not recommend this company enough. Claudia was extremely professional polite and friendly. When it comes to cost I would definitely recommend this company over the NHS and you don't have to wait 9 months for an appointment. Thank you again, Bethany

Very friendly and helpful staff. Claudia explained what she was doing at each stage. I felt very comfortable through the whole process of removing the wax from my ear and thoroughly recommend them.

What a genuinely nice company. Went for an appointment and they were open and honest about not being able to help. Didn’t charge but made a recommendation of where to go. Really well knowledged and credible.
